Barbecued octopus

First, cut off the head and clear out all the insides - then cut into strips. Then, place tentacles and strips into a strainer and rinse in fresh water until there is no more foam coming off the occy.

Take out of the strainer and pat dry on some towel before rolling in some plain flour mixed with parmesan cheese powder.

Shallow fry on the BBQ in some olive oil on high heat for about 30 seconds, drain and place on a pile of oven cooked chips or fried potato slices.

Coat with some mayo or sweet chilli sauce and you have a great meal!
