Simple recipe for white fish or crustaceans

A simple but great recipe for any white fish fillets or crustaceans:
Melt 60gm butter
Add 100ml Lime or lemon juice
Add chopped chives, dill and oregano
Set aside
Grill or fry fillets on high heat, then add mixture to the top. Cook till golden.
Drizzle with Olive Oil and add spinach leaves for garnish. Sensational!!!
