Here's an interesting, tasty way to add life to your "Salmon Portions/Steaks".
Ingredients: In a small bowl, mix:
Method: Place fish separatly on tinfoil. Spoon stirred ingredients over fish then seal up foil.
Cooking Place in oven on 220 degrees for about twenty minutes OR cook slowly on campfire/BBQ for same time.
Served with salad (& dressing). Beer or red wine.
