OKUMA V-SYSTEM BAITCASTER

The new V System baitcaster is the latest “Top of the range” introduction from Okuma.

This baitcaster is fitted with features such as nine HPB “High Performance Bearings” for maximum corrosion resistance and smoothness, multi disk drag washers for ultimate stopping power, titanium line guide and machine cut brass gears giving a retrieve ratio of 6.2:1.

The V System comes standard with 2 spools, one ported wiffle spool for efficient casting of thin braided or gelspun lines and a standard deep spool for larger line capacities.

The frame is a 1 piece aluminium construction and the side plate includes a unique, quick release catch for fast and easy spool changes or centrifugal brake adjustments.

With all these features packed into a reel of that weighs a mere 274 grams it’s well worth a look at your local tackle store.
