OKUMA "ENDURANCE" SPINNING REELS

Okuma's new "Endurance" series will interest anglers looking for a reel that has a very reasonable price tag without any sacrifice of quality or reliability.

These attractive reels are fitted with a graphite spool that has a chrome finish, a vented skirt, a smooth metal lip to assist casting, and a front drag with fine click adjustment.

All models have a drive train with two ball bearings plus an infinite anti-reverse bearing. Gear ratios are 5.0:1 on the ED-20 and ED-30, changing to a 4.5:1 ratio on the larger models.

The rotor features Okuma's R.E.S. (Rotor Equalizing System), producing an incredibly smooth retrieve.

The Endurance series has a range of seven sizes from the ED-20, with a capacity of 140 metres of 2KG line, up to the ED-80, which holds 340 metres of 8KG or 285 metres of 10KG.

This wide range of sizes gives the angler a choice of spool capacity to suit any situation from the small stream to surf or rock fishing.
