For serious anglers planning serious offshore fishing trips, Quintrex’s new Fishpacks ensure every Quintrex is decked out for adventure.

Boasting a long list of standard features specifically designed for offshore fishing, Quintrex Fishpacks are available on eight models – 580 Spirit, 580 Coast Runner, 580 Legend, 620 Legend, 620 Ocean Sport, 620 Offshore, 660 Offshore and 660 Offshore Centre Cabin.

Quintrex National Sales & Marketing Manager Damien Duncan said Quintrex Fishpacks boast all the unique features of a Quintrex boat plus everything an offshore angler could want.

“Available on all Quintrex models 5.8 meters and larger, Quintrex Fishpacks come standard with a huge list of features,” Damien said.

“To protect you from the elements, Cuddy Cabin and Runabout fishpack models include bimini, front clears and side curtains and for extreme fishing the boats are decked out with heavy duty rocket launches, welded rod holders and outrigger plate, transom mounted live bait tank and cutting board and a transom door.

“Underfoot is a sealed self-draining checkerplate floor, 12 volt deck wash system, underfloor storage, kill tank and in excess of 200 litres in long range fuel tanks for those trips that take you far and wide.

“And the fish can’t hide from the Lowrance LCX 25C with its large 17.8cm diagonal 256-colour, VGA crystal TFT display, multiple full and split-screen sonar, GPS and recording options.

“In addition to all the features you can also enjoy all the benefits of the Quintrex Millennium Hull, Flared Bow and Maxi 2 Transom,” he said.

More standard features of the Fishpack include an additional maxi bracket, twin battery box, switch and leads and an anchor winch plate at the bow, however Fishpack features do vary between models.

In addition to the all the extra Fishpack features there are also all the standard features you’d expect on a Quintrex boat and a range of optional features available to make your boat unique for your requirements.

Built on 4mm or 5mm pressed plate bottomsides and 3mm pressed plate topsides, Quintrex Fishpack models are sturdy and strong as a result of Quintrex’s unique ability to stretch-form thick aluminium, providing the smoothest aluminium ride around.

Fishpack models can carry between six and seven people and the maximum horsepower ratings range from 150 horsepower on the 580 Coast Runner to 200 horsepower on the 660 Offshore Centre Cabin.
