RAPALA'S 100th ANNIVERSARY LURE              

Rapala's latest release is certain to interest collectors of vintage tackle as well as anglers who would like the opportunity to fish with legendry artificials that have stood the test of time.

This collection was planned to coincide with the 100th anniversary of Lauri Rapala's birth, and his three sons have re-released the original Rapala lure that was an outstanding success in Finland during the early 1960's.              

Lauri Rapala weighted his lures for longer casts and incorporated the famous fish catching wobble that ensured the popularity of Rapala products.

Lauri's sons have created this series with the star foil finish used on the original lures. Made with the son's favourite colours, each bears that son's signature and is guaranteed to catch fish.

The minnow shaped bodies are 7cm overall and have a colour range including silver grey, silver olive, blue, gold, and the multi-coloured gold brown with orange belly and gold fluorescent red.
