The revolutionary X-Rap Shad combines the tight action of a Shad Rap with the extreme characteristics of Rapala’s most popular and recognized X-Rap line of lures. The X-Rap Shad features a translucent body with internal scale patterns and displays a holographic foil appearance that will mesmerize any species of fish.

With an internal long-cast mechanism to ensure ultimate castability and incorporated features like suspending action and feathered tail hook, the X-Rap Shad provides anglers with options to match specific fishing styles, weather conditions and species.

“On the cast or on the troll, the Shad Rap action paired with the characteristics of the X-Rap creates a one-of-a-kind action,” said Mark Fisher, Rapala director of field promotions.
The X-Rap Shad is available in two sizes and 9 color patterns. One size is 2 1/2 inches long with a swimming depth of 6 to 11 feet and the second is 3 1/8 inches in length with a swimming depth of 7 to 10 feet.

The X-Rap Shad will retail from $24.95 and is available from fishing tackle outlets throughout Australia.
