Shakespeare have just released the very popular Pflueger Trion Low Profile and Classic Style baitcast reels in left handed models. The Company says it has had many requests over the years to range left hand wind baitcast reels. The low profile reel will find favour with Australian anglers who spend their time casting lures at targets such as bass, yellowbelly, trout, flathead, etc. The two sizes available in the classic style, the 46L, perfect for bass, bream, trout and other such species. The 66L is just what you need when casting or trolling for larger targets like murray cod or barramundi. The reels feature six stainless steel ball bearings including a one way clutch instant anti-reverse bearing. A rugged one-piece solid machined aluminium frame, houses a machined and anodised aluminium spool. There is a 6-pin adjustable centrifugal and mechanical brake system (4-pin on the 46L). A smooth multi-disc main gear applied star drag system provides instant control when conditions change. All reels are available in standard right hand wind versions.
