SILSTAR FILLETING KITS

Cleaning and filleting accessories are a very useful addition to any angler's tackle. The kit shown in the photo contains a 6 inch and 8 inch filleting knife, a boning knife, scissors, and pliers.

In addition there is a sharpening steel, scaler, weighing scale, and a cutting board fitted inside the lid that is easy to remove for filleting and cleaning.

Silstar kits have moulded shapes inside to form a space for each item, so that when the filleting is complete it's easy to check that everything is back in the case.

Another version of Silstar's filleting kit has the cutting board fitted with a clamp to hold the fish being worked on, giving the angler a "third hand"

The rustproof carry case holding these kits has a handle and two catches that keep the lid firmly closed and the knives secure.

In addition these kits come with a bonus DVD with useful advice on fish preparation, cleaning, boning, and filleting, and tips on cooking fish and seafood recipes.
