Port Phillip Bay - Black Rock to Werribee
16 December 2005

With Peter Jolly

Just a quick report this week on some land-based fishing around the docks.

Bream came back on the bite over the last day or two around the Docklands area. Small fish were starting to show up near the Bolte Bridge late yesterday and early this morning.

The Maribyrnong has been ok for fishing all along it. Up near the race course this afternoon small bream just on size were being caught to the east of the rowing club at the end of the dirt road at Footscray Park. Bait was sand worm (live/dead) and Bass yabbie doing pretty well also.

Have a good weekend.
