Brant writes:
What native fish can I catch at Werribee River, Melton, about 1km from the weir? Could someone also tell me if redfin and carp take bait on floats? Finally, do redfin take corn?

Struan replies:
Brant, bream and whiting are probably the most common fish in the Werribee River. Werribee River has a reputation of being a bream area.
