Wire and farm rubbish in our rivers

When fishing around the rivers like I tend to do a fair bit of, you notice quite a lot of fencing wire and barbed wire just thrown on the bank or in the water itself and it's a pain in the arse to catch it and it seriously wrecks the waterways.
      So, I would like to say to all those people that dispose of wire and household/farm rubbish in the rives or any water to clean up their act!!!
