Yobbos ruining the environment

As a little kid more years ago than I care to remember my dad used to take me fishing in Western Port out from Warneet. Apart from the abundance of leatherjackets, what sticks in my mind is the memory of the trail of empty stubbies carried by the tide from the yobbos who couldn't give a stuff about the other fishers let alone the environment.
      I am sad to say this phenonomen is still alive and well and still happening in Western Port as recently as last Friday 16/11/01.
