More undersize fish breaches

There must be more Fisheries officers out there to catch these absolute idiots catching way undersize fish. For example, Asian anglers at Patto Lakes and the older European anglers at Mordialloc Pier. I'm not racist but they should have more respect for Australia's fishing waters and regulations. I will be contacting Fisheries and making sure these fools are caught. If there are others ticked off about the same problem contact the fisheries and make sure they do something about it.
