At the big jetty at Loch Sport a boat was left unattended at the boat ramp jetty, which successfully stopped boats from coming into ramp. The other side of the ramp had boat with a motor that would not start, thus stopping any action. We all realise the man that could not start his motor could not help it, but the other inconsiderate gentleman should think of others for a change and tie his boat in places provided. I could say the name of the boat, but will leave that unsaid.
