Littering - a few spoil it for the majority

Last weekend the Newport power station was working and the "anglers" were out in force. The rubbish left behind was unbelievable!!! No wonder the local council wants to install such things as parking meters etc., so as to pay for the massive clean up that must be done. Some of the people who fish at the Warmies, and other areas no doubt, have no respect for the environment. Is it any wonder that the rest of the community, represented by Bracks and Napthine, view anglers as non caring morons? I expect that the morons who make the mess will complain about the lack of bins, etc. The reality is they are too lazy to clean up after themselves. Recreational fisher-folk have a long way to go before they will be taken seriously and, as is the norm, a few spoil it for the majority.
