Fame does not necessarily make good boat operators

Well known TV personality and former AFL player has proved that wealth and fame does not mean you should be in charge of a boat. Confirmed via a couple of sources, on approx. the 16th of Feb 2003, ran aground approx 750-1000 metres from wharf, waited for tide to refloat boat, proceeded to collide into jetty. Seen drinking at Port Albert Hotel soon after. Truth or illusion? Personality had one male friend and two female companions on board, obviously chasing gummys. Heard on 3AW radio and confirmed via local contact. So much for a licence to operate a boat,
how about the common sense.
