Undersize fish taken at St Kilda

While fishing the pier at St Kilda with my grandson we watched as one guy who was using eight rods, some with three hooks, caught under size pinky snapper and garfish and kept them. This bloke was not the only one keeping under size fish. I know the inspectors cannot be everywhere but they should take a walk down there. They would have a field day. As for the so called fishermen I dont know how one gets through to them. I love a feed of fish like everyone but this was pure greed.
