Comments:

Went to Aire River and fished just downstream from the highway bridge to see if any trout were biting but did not see or catch any. However, much to my surprise I had some of the best bream fishing ever, I didn't think the bream came so far up the river. Went down the Hordern Vale Road to the Aire crossing but not much happening in the lake/estuary, crossed the old wooden bridge and followed the track a couple of km but no luck there. Anyway it was a good couple of days, will try again in spring and try to land some of those great trout that inhabit the area.
