Brother hooked onto something massive using a lure. We chased it in the boat under the pier but he tangled the line around one of the parked boats. It then took off with a whole reel of line within about 10 seconds. It was the one that got away. Guessing it could have been a mulloway. Good day fishing though. |

Fishing off Barwon Bridge action was slow to none. Mates were feeling taps but i was feeling nothing. I then rigged up a modified Squidgie Pro Wriggler in the hot pink with a resin head jiggling it in the water like a teabag, I hooked up a salmon, my one and only hook up for the day. Wasn't a bad day in the sun, plenty of eye candy, only bad thing was the dolphin hanging around. I would say that probably caused the slow to none action. |
