Comments: We were fishing on the east bank of the big river. At the start of the day there was nothing. It was extremley windy and the floats that we had out were all over the place. From 3:30pm-5pm the wind died and then the fish started biting on the floats, but nothing on the botom rods. The fish weren't the biggest but they were better than nothing.

Comments: I fished in the big lake and did well. By the time I put my rod down I was on again. I was using 3 rods with 8lb line, a small sinker to a stopper and a metre trace to a size 16 hook. My bait was maggots, I was on the far left side just before the bend.
