Laburnum Angling Club fished the lake, between 12 of us only 4 fish were caught. The 41cm trout was the skinniest we had ever seen. My 9 year-old daughter showed everyone up by catching the eel on a scrubby and winning the competition. |

Redfin keep you interested while waiting for trout. Carp was a surprise. Also saw 2 tiger snakes. Crayfish are still hard to get in the dam. |

Had two other trout on but to no avail. Redfin everywhere. We did better in the windy, rough areas. In the morning big things were jumping, 2-4kg range, the lake was on fire with fish feeding activity. |
