Water has dropped 10m since last time I was there. Nice day, hardly any wind, a lot of rises. Better luck next time. |

Disgraceful that carp have taken over this section of water. We lost three or four carp that must have been well over 10 pounds. Last year we caught some beautiful fish (trout/redfin). It is very hard to see how this water can recover. |

All redfin released as very small. An excellent day, was a bit windy early on but once the sun came through, mate it was hot. Perfect day, no wind, lake was like glass... Perfect for the reddies, except someone forget to tell them.
Heaps of other people out fishing. |

Beautiful day, light breeze, a few other boats about. The only bite we got was the redfin. |

The water has risen by about 6 feet, that's why not much is on the go. Also the water is still very cold. |

My son lost a very good fish in the first 5 minutes on the water. Tried lures and worms, etc, etc. My dad got a very nice brown, while we had a break on the bank. A great spot, I'll be back again, and if we can get more rain it'll be fantastic. (See photo in Gallery section.) |
