9 x trout @ 1kg-5.5kg
2 x redfin @ 600gms

Comments:

All fish were caught on maggots under a float, the biggest caught around 11am, just as it was starting to heat up a bit. Sorry can't tell you my hot spot, took a long time to find this hole and it never lets me down. TIP: use red food dye on your maggots...Good luck.

Bait\Lure\Fly: Worm, maggots, powerbait, lures, trout pellets
Fish Caught

None

Comments:

Frustrating two days watching three very big trout regularly refuse everything I threw at them. Would readily take loose fed trout pellets. Floated one out with a hook in it, hooked up only for the biggest fish to spit it it out. After that they would still pick up the loose pellets but turn their noses to the one with the hook in it. Ah well, if it was easy there would be no fun in it!!

1 x carp @ 40cm+

Comments: Few bites early on, the carp was landed at about 6am and we thought we were in for a good day as we had a lot of nibbles, however nothing else all morning. Beautiful location, would recommend to anyone intersted in good fresh water bank fishing.
