Went to Altona pier and dropped a line just under where the trevally were sitting and BOOM,
got onto a nice trevally. Who says they dont bite under the pier? |

Got up early and it was worth it as there were schools of trevally, our number one goal fish of the morning. |

Nice morning, barely anything else caught on the pier though. One guy caught a bay trout, everyone else came up dry. Bait fish in their millions so too much choice for the fish to take baits. |

The fishing wasn't good but some guy pulled up in his boat and threw out three silver whiting to us so that was a plus. |
