Nice and cold night, smooth water, tide wasn't coming in, only fish for the night, other fishers had no luck. Caught a few gummy shark but put them back. |

Very calm like glass. Caught fish on day break. Others cought fish as well at this time. I saw a lot of undersized fish being kept that's gotta not be good. After no luck decided to feed the bait fish under the pier and that's when I saw a school of decent fish (upwards of a kilo) swimming under the bait fish. Tried to catch them put they weren't interested. They seem to like the food growing off the pylons. Don't know what fish they were but they did seem to have quite a hump on their head. |

Very suprising result. Picked up the bigger one within 15 mins of arriving, also had one snap off on a similar sized fish and missed a couple of good hits. Went quiet around 5pm. Just wish it was always this good. |

Tide was on its way in when I got there and plenty of fishermen were there, but no fish were caught until 10 minutes into my fishing session. I hooked a good size bream and landed it after a short run and had several good bites for next the 2 hours, then caught another. Overall was a good day to fish. |

A great day for fishing. I was on a little rock pier near Station Pier. Impressive day out. Was happy with the whiting and the flatty. Plenty of bites and a good spot that is easy to get to. |

Very warm night no wind with seas like glass. Fishing was hard but it beats roasting at home in the heat. Again this pier didn't give up much. |
