Snapped line means no dinner
From: Brant
Walking along the Loddon River for hours baitfishing and spinning for
trout, perch, redfin, etc., I found a nice deep hole, sat down on the
bank and threw a worm on the line.
I cast out and in seconds I was onto a 2-kilo brown trout. As soon as I
picked up the rod the line snapped, taking my fish, sinker, hook and
bait.
No dinner and a long walk home.
