Making the getaway

From: Matt

Into the bag to join a dozen others went another undersized trout. Then a figure trotted silently out of the bushes beside him.

"Hi", said the chap, "catching any?"

"Heaps", replied the fisherman, "but they're a bit small".

"Oh, I see", said the visitor, "you obviously don't know who I am, do you?"

"No", came the reply.

With that the visitor whipped out his identification, which, to the horror of the fisherman, revealed the visitor as the local fisheries and wildlife officer.

The fisherman composed himself and said to the officer, "Well, you don't know who I am do you?"

To which the officer replied, "No , I don't".

With that the fisherman muttered, "Good", picked up the inspector and threw him into the rapidly flowing river before darting into the bush with his bag of undersize trout.

P.S. No, I do not support the taking of undersize fish, but I find the story quite funny.
