I recently used the Hotteeze pads on a trip to the Glenelg River. I found the ones for the feet kept my feet warm and my feet felt comfortable all day. I used 2 of the stick-on ones at once - one on my chest and the other on my back. I found them to be great for keeping me warm. They lasted at least 12 hours, and I'll certainly be using them again on my winter fishing trips, or anytime I want to keep warm while I'm out in the cold weather. The feet ones don't give off as much heat as the others, but they didn't need to, and as I said my feet didn't feel cold at all.
